Why Am I Unable to Dial a Number?

There can be multiple reasons for you being unable to dial a number. Let's go through each and check whether you're facing any of these.

Before you can dial your call using Talk Home Calling Card, you need to dial the access number to verify your identity and check if you have enough balance on the calling card. There are multiple access numbers, and when you try to connect to an access number, there might be some charges on the call from the operator you're dialling from. So, check beforehand you have funds to connect to the access number.

• Are There Sufficient Funds on Your Calling Card to Connect the International Call?

Once you're connected to the access number and add your PIN number, the computer will tell you the balance amount on your calling card. If the amount is insufficient for dialling an international call, your call will not be routed to the destination. You'll be asked to recharge your calling card.

International dialling requires you to enter a precise and correct number format. You must first enter the exit code, then the recipient's country code, and finally the actual number. If the number format is entered incorrectly, you will be unable to dial a number.

Similarly, the call receiving number should be an active number with proper coverage. If the recipient is not active or doesn't have the coverage, your call will not rout to its destination.
